The room was clean and staff was always helpful and friendly. I was there for a conference; it's a pleasant venue for a mid-sized conference.

The staff that checked me in was very vibrant, friendly and informative about the facilities of the hotel as well the neighboring activities I could possibly explore. The room was clean and accommodating towards my needs. And it is quite close to the Ronald Reagan Airport. Overall my stay was very great...I'll do it again.
The driver for the shuttle service did a great job. However, the wait time (40mins-1hr) for a shuttle had me a bit ansty and the lack of space to accommodate more guests at a time.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not great. The front desk service was disappointing, and the staff were not particularly helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I ended up having to make separate reservations twice instead of simply extending my existing booking. This was inconvenient and something I have never had to deal with at any other hotel. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
