Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The room was right next to the extended small park located on the grounds, which was very convenient for my two dogs. The bed was comfortable and we liked the kitchenette which included a spacious refrigerator. Nearby parks and some restaurants were also convenient.
My husband wished there were small samples such as bars of soap instead of the shower gel. The lamp on his side of the bed did not work even after we tried placing one of the light bulbs that came from my side. It needs to be repaired. Also the air conditioning was on the first night and could not place it on the heat component, but the next night the heat came on. Breakfast was okay but wished there was more of a fruit, yogurt and bread selection such as bagels or biscuits.

The room was a nice size for our family of five. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were very convenient, and we had enough space to rest after long days. The breakfast had a good variety of items that were filling for our busy days.
The staff member who checked us in was abrupt and rude. He only gave us one flat sheet for our pullout bed and no pillow. We booked the room for 5 people, so we needed to use the bed, and we had no top sheet or blanket for our son. We returned two times to ask for more items, and each time he abruptly and rudely told us we could not have a second sheet. As this was the first interaction at the property, it made the rest of our stay a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully, the staff we interacted with for the rest of the stay were very kind and accommodating.

The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He is the kind of person that makes you want to keep coming back!
Someone in one of the other rooms had there dogs barking early in the morning, they also had them barking at people in the parking lot the evening before. It's not Sonestas fault people can't control their dogs.

Appreciated the large room. Property around the hotel was pleasant.
Be was uncomfortable. Dishes were not clean or put away in cupboards. Microwave was dirty.
