All suites, very comfortable, clean. Quiet.

The location was great for the airport and dropping off rental.
The staff was excellent !
The breakfast was decent for a quick bite.
Safe area too in a business park.
The coffee was not good. But we all have different taste (not Dunkin Donuts)
Waffle house around the corner, coffee was good.
Room away from the highway is much better. We learned the hard way.

The hotel is located in RDU airport proximity, which is a convenient location in general. The room was spacious and very clean, furniture was new and the bed was comfy. Parking was abundant too. So I have zero complaints on the property side.
Two major problems. First, the receptionist was neither friendly, nor happy. She was acting like I owe her something or trying to steal from her. I understand that hotels are relying on cheap labor now, but our interaction didn't sound like "hospitality" at all. Second, the breakfast was incredibly poor. Honestly, I got much better breakfasts in some 2.5* or even 2* hotels across the US
