The location was amazing the staff was really helpful and friendly the place had a homely feel and the free coffee bar was a plus

Room was nice. Staff were mostly nice. And helpful.
TV win our bedroom didn’t work. Also a lamp was broken on the table by the couch.
I’m handicapped and I called the hotel when reservations were made to let them know and there were no shower bars installed like I was told. Only one elevator worked during the evening and at night. Which was a problem due to all of the events happening for weddings, Monday Night Football. Etc
I was there for parents weekend at Loyola, which I was attending.
Someone came banging at our door at 2:22am in the morning from Saturday night into Sunday to complain that we were partying. We (two 50 year olds) were watching a TV show and talking and that was all. And we were at the end of the hallway in room 812. I could hear so many other people through all vents and very little insulation they have in the hotel bc it’s OLD! I did not complain one bit. I just shut my doors and minding my own business. I didn’t think I would have that kind of encounter, considering we are so respectful and friendly. It was not a pleasant feeling.
