The hotel was lovely and the staff were 10/10. It felt safe and easy, very relaxing

No parking option except valet - they just park in an open air lot across the road from the entrance of the hotel but charge $35 a day and do not offer a self park option.

The artwork, decorations

The fact that you have to stand at a light and wait on a main highway in the cold until the light changes so you can get from your room to the main building. No way to press the light. It is up to the light to time out. Also the restaurant was poorly staffed so the time from entering the restaurant till you get the food was one hour even though it was not busy. Our food waited under the warming lights for 20 minutes and was partly cold
