Location was great. Easy to get to. Building was great. Rented a suite and it had great space. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Meals were ok.
Parking situation was really tough. Card readers didn't work. Spots and drive ways within garage were very small. Hard to navigate in and out of.

Very spacious and well equipped room with comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location for the purpose we had in White Plains.

Location perfect. Hotel little dated but clean.
Staff friendly but lacking on local knowledge. Buffet breakfast good - hot good a little soggy by 9 so earlier the better. No bar. Next door restaurant closed on Tuesday.

I was not happy with the fact that my door to my room had a lock problem the first nite. Returned to the room and was able to push my door open without using a key. Called the front desk and maintenance came but told me he could not do anything at that time at night. The next day my room was changed per my request. Staff was accommodating.
First nite the lock on my door did not work. Room was changed.
Second nite the televisions blew. Maintenance had to come and change a part on the TV. He was able to get the tvs to work again.
