Night staff was friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff greeted upon each entrance with "Welcome back," and said, "Take care/enjoy yourselves" when we would depart.
The elevators were readily available.
The location was great for our needs.
Maintenance and custodial staff would look me in the eye, smile and ask how I was doing. Even if they had just encountered me very recently.
Room keys always worked.
Curbside appeal was...appealing.
No coffee additives in the room (cream or sugar.) No microwave. Light "switches" were difficult to operate, possibly worn out. The sliding glass shower door required reaching in and turning the handle, spraying the initial (expected) cold water on my arm, an unwelcome shock. I could not open from the other side.
The vent in the bathroom did not work.
The breakfast area did not have complimentary coffee until after breakfast ordering time was over.

Rooms were very comfortable and location was close to the amphitheater.
The bar staff after the concert. Supposed to be open until ten with light food available. I got back from the show about 9:15 and the girl was gone for close to a half hour. Several people were waiting for her. When she returned, two people were served and she stopped serving. I had driven 400 miles that day then saw the concert. I wanted a light snack before bed.

The location was great, close drive to Redrock's Theater for our concert. BUT it was very loud because of highway noise. Breakfast was really good.
We paid extra to have a larger room with a balcony to sit out and enjoy the mountain views. The mountain views were completely obstructed from grown trees from our balcony. The balcony was ONLY the width of the chair with a table in between that you had to step over the table to get to the other chair. It was located directly on the highway, and you could not even have a conversation while sitting out there because of the highway noise.
