The staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The coffee is amazing. The cffee was the tipping point for me choosing this hotel a 2nd time. Keep that going.
I'm not a big fan of pets in a hotel, but I know pets mean a great deal to a number of people. The staff ensured the place was clean and there was little to no evidence that pets were there.

Location is close to highway. Employees very friendly with one exception.
Booking.com and the checkout info on the back of the door both say noon. However, the lady at the front desk that day said it's 11 am. Another time that I stayed there, I believe it was noon. Need consistent time up front.
Had a drawer constantly open itself.

The parking was great
Bad odor from entering to room. The room did not smell. Breakfast not what claimed. Bacon was really bacon bits. Sausage did not look good.
