The location was perfect and the staff was helpful.
Had some noisy neighbors that kept slamming their door. The tub is outdated and the texture bottom is gone so the tub was slippery, I would highly recommend getting that fixed real quick before someone has an accident.

Honestly, it was the staff. They were awesome. The room was clean but the outside, patio, elevators were not. Trash was not emptied timely. The pool was cold and no spa. The food at restaurant was not good, see poster- no didn't have it .
See above. Again - the staff- Lisa,Gina,Lisa,Jimmy to mention a few. So kind and courteous , helpful in every way.

Location
Tub had a BIG chip in the bottom of it.
Handle on toilet was half off.
Went for breakfast at 6:45 and hot breakfast was not ready. Cold breakfast was not much better.
Probably won’t stay at this location again.

The beds and pillows were great. Rested very well.
We were there 2 days. Had to ask for coffee and cup refills for 2nd day. Would have liked a free continental breakfast. Couldn’t get a breakfast. Fan in bathroom was noisy and the air conditioner was also. No clock. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn’t work.
