Staff are friendly. The housekeeping staff do a fantastic job
I asked if I could check in a little earlier and they couldn't accommodate which is ok however they was able to store my bag.

Everything was clean and accessible. The room was well decorated and everything looked new and well cared for. The bed was very soft and comfortable.
I wish the tv had a streaming service platform such as Roku or fire tv so visitors could sign into their accounts and watch what they wanted.

I liked that the hotel offered a pool and a hot meal for breakfast.
There was an added $550.00 damge deposit that was only mentioned when we arrived. The housekeeping staff was rude and told us we had to vaccum our own room, stated they could not stop what they were doing to clean our room. We asked if he could collect the trash bag that we already gathered. He was on his phone texting at that moment btw.
