Good location, clean, friendly staff, easy access to KY Convention Center and restaurants within walking distance. Live music in the evening was an unexpected treat.
On-site parking is expensive, in-room refrigerator did not have a freezer, ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, no in-room microwave

The M Club was not serving breakfast on Saturday morning, however, we were provided vouchers to use at The Porch which was very appreciated!
Onsite parking is too expensive.

I liked most of the staff there, the housekeeping and security were amazing!
One of the desk clerks was really rude to me, I reserved a room with 2 beds and a walk in shower, however when I got there I was told that there were no such rooms and then one of the clerks said which is more important the 2 beds or a walk in shower. Since I am disabled I really needed both and was not able to take a shower during my stay at your hotel. I was extremely disappointed in the room situation. The meals were more pricey than I really liked or could afford.
