Courtyard Vallejo Napa Valley

Proximity to the event we came to the area for Maker Faire Vallejo. Close to different and convenient food variety options, close to a few gas stations. If you wanted RIGHT ACROSS the street to six flags then THIS IS YOUR HOTEL.

all four pillows on the bed go VERY VERY FLAT. They are down so it's expected but made it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

how clean the room was.. can use a lilttle clean up in the parking lot?

the pool was nice but it can use a lil more better chair n lounge chairs some were broken

Check-in was smooth. The hotel lobby was a nice place to hang out, despite the many kids that just happened to be there. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The room was incredibly small. They could only give us one key due to a key shortage. The BISTRO restarting is where I had most of my issues. The service was incredibly slow. Everything is ordered at the counter. I had a minimum of a 10 minute wait just to order my food. When I went down for dinner at 5:30 I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to serve me. When they came out of the kitchen, they seemed surprised to see me. The continental breakfast consisted of a muffin, vanilla yogurt, and an orange. When I went to order a Cobb salad and BLT for dinner, again at 5:30, they told me that it would be a while because they were just starting to cook the bacon. I also ordered a glass of rosé. When my food came out 20 minutes later, I reminded her that I needed my glass of wine. She informed me that she had none chilled, so it was currently chilling in the freezer. 10 minutes later I went back up to get my wine. It was sitting in a bucket on the counter as she was serving of their customers. I reminded her that I needed to get my wine. She continued to make two more drinks before giving me my wine. The next morning, when I went for breakfast, I ordered the eggs breakfast. Again, I requested bacon, I was told that they had no bacon. Surprisingly enough when my meal came, there was bacon. Everything was served into go boxes, whether you wanted to go or not. I do want to say that everybody was super nice, just didn’t seem interested in providing the best service possible. I also wanna add that the food was actually pretty good, despite what it took to get it! It was an exceptionally hot day, so we decided to head on down to the pool at about 6:30 PM to get cooled off. Just a warning, the pool is definitely not heated. I would venture to say that they actually pour ice in it! It was freezing.
