Room was spacious.
Clean.
Bed and pillows A+.
Bartenders were awesome.
Original check in girl was cool as heck.
(I wish I remember all of their names.)
Takes cash. (A lot of Park City is cashless, which is an absolute scam.)
Check out had 2 people at the counter, but only one of them could understand basic English.
The other woman was held up with a stubborn guest, so I ended up just leaving instead of waiting 45 minutes to address my need. (I wanted to pay cash for my rooms, and for them not to ding the card.)
The bath tub in my room, 315 - had draining problems.
So if you wanted to take a shower, you'd have to stand in pooling water. (An absolute pet peeve of mine.)
So that is the reason for the lower grade.

Nice, clean rooms with direct access to pool, jacuzzi and steam room which is especially useful after a day on the slope. The staffs were amazing offering water, cookies every day in the lobby. We especially loved the ski chalet and frequent shuttle service to and from the slope. When We need pickup at the end of the day, I just texted the number provided and the shuttle usually showed up within 5 minutes after we got to the sidewalk at the parking lot. It almost felt like we stayed at a slope side resort!
I parked at the lot across the street according to staffs instructions and got an orange cone place behind my car the next day. Although nothing happened but I just thought it was weird

We had three rooms by the pool. Everything was clean. Nice sheets, comfortable beds.
Our kids loved the pool and game room. To be honest, the game room was tired looking, needs a good cleaning and some updated equipment. It should offer more modern choices for the kids.

Comfortable. Clean.
Staff was not at counter except at check in. Very "thin" walls. We heard way too much of our neighbors and they didn't seem extremely loud. Additional charge at check in that was not on Bookings website quote.
