Nice and clean. I even mentioned to Hotel Staff how nice everything was

Room was beautiful and bed very comfortable.
Breakfast and parking were not included.
We had a hard time getting the Internet, had to call an 800#. Desk was not helpful, seemed annoyed. Area around hotel was seedy, we ate dinner at the hotel, after walking in the area.

The staff was very helpful keeping me informed when I room wasn’t ready on time
Not all the lights appeared to work and there should be a designated usb outlet to charge stuff(cell phone, tablet etc.)

The hotel was very good, check-in was great and the bar and bistro was excellent.
The Boarding pass area didn't have a printer and the staff on duty said they didn't have a printer either. Why do you have a boarding pass computer but no printer to print the boarding pass.
Only one person at the desk to check people out and he was on a phone call, so I had to wait 15 minutes to get checked out.
