Very quiet and very clean.

Not great for a handicapped person.

Kind staff & easy check in!

Sheets were stained (with what looked to be blood) & overall felt like the room may not have been cleaned in a while. Did not hinder our stay, but noticing that the sheets were stained was not the most comforting.

The breakfast variety, appeal, and quality was better than other hotels at the same price point.

The bedding is not warm enough. I don't like to sleep with the heat on but was not able to be warm enough without it. I came to this area to pick up a small dog. The booking information said 'fees may apply' (expected), but at the facility I was told it would be $50.00- the highest I've encountered to date (I often travel with a Cairn terrierThe desk clerk said that this was to offset carpet cleaning for persons with allergies. I asked if persons with allergies were housed in that room (101) and was told that they would be housed on floor 3... I asked if the room could be inspected before I left to see it it warranted $50. of cleaning- said the manager could decide but none was onsite/available. When I received the bill the dog fee was reduced to a more reasonable $35. The dog fee should be posted on the website.
