Breakfeast was great

Location was great. Very close to everything in Scranton but out of the way enough not to worry about parking and such.
Three long black hairs on the sheet and it was somewhat wrinkled leading me to believe it hadn’t been washed. I did happen to see whom I presumed to be the housekeeper at a later time in our visit. Her hair matched what was left on the bed so I’m guessing she left a few behind while making it. She was also standing by the front desk berating the night desk guy about his inability to accomplish anything at all during his shift. Looks to me like there are areas of improvement available for both staff members

The pool temp was good. It does need some repairs. Staff were receptive and helpful particularly the evening receptionist Argeen. The room was quiet. Gym was well equipped.
The lock on the door to room 104 was very difficult to open and close.
Breakfast foods were removed at 8:50 rather than waiting until 9 am. Not sure why breakfast closes so early.
