Location is nice.
First time I visited several months ago everyone of the staff was very polite and seemed to welcome me. Now on this visit and several others the staff are not very friendly at all. The website is never working correctly and when you call for a reservation you are promptly put on hold. Takes forever and once again, the feeling is you are bothering the staff by wanting to stay there.

That we weren't notified that the pool and spa wouldn't be available at time of booking. That was a big reason we booked at this hotel.

I liked how clean, comfortable, and spacious the room was, how friendly and helpful the front desk staff was, how there was a restaurant in the hotel, the checkout time being later at 12pm, and the affordable price.
I didn't like that I was advertised that there would be a pool and hot tub, but neither of those were available.

Clean, looked nice.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
