Had to get key reset every time I left the room. Asked for wake up call 2 days. First was late. Second time I did not get one. Shower drain (handicap) very slow and flooded all of bathroom. Suggest charging port be added to all rooms. Mattress was uncomfortably soft.?

Front desk lady 5 stars. Room was ok as the nightstand edge material was missing. Old dresser table was dated. As management knows the condition of the rooms it come down to updating what is in the room. That said, if I ever came back to Redding I would stay here for a night. I just needed a bed and a shower. I was quiet there ate the motel. The person that cleaned the room before I arrived did an excellent of preparing the room.
The furniture is really outdated. Maybe from the 80's. I really did not care as I had 12 hours of driving and needed a place to sleep. In the morning another 6 hours of driving to get home.
