Sleep Inn & Suites Smyrna - Nashville Area

Check in was fast and painless. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, more than just continental style. My service dog was kindly welcomed.

I booked with this hotel because it had an indoor pool but it wasn't enjoyable because the water was too cold. I only stayed in 5 minutes and had to get out because I was shivering. I was very disappointed with that. The coffee at breakfast was too weak. I would have liked to have gravy with my sausage and biscuits.

Front desk receptionist both were very good and helpful. The room is big. The bathroom is big, shower is Big with good water pressure. The Linens the bed everything is good. The continental breakfast is enough to fill your stomach to reach to your destination or for later on.

I didn't like that this hotel is kind of confusing to get to especially in the dark,because we got lost a few times,trying to find the hotel. the road to get on that side was confusing. We didn't like the eggs because it's not real eggs, it's watery. We were thirsty for water and there was no water at the fountain because it wasn't working nor did they have any water for sale. The Barking of the dogs was most ridiculous. Had I noticed Hotel allowed dogs I would not have stayed here. The room only had coffee no tea. In the bathroom in the shower there is shampoo and conditioner but no bath soap. On the outside on the sink there is a small scale of soap that's only big enough for one bath. The lotion on the wall is like water. The Furnitures are old and needs to be updated even the fridge and the microwave. But this hotel is good if you need somewhere clean quiet and decent area to be for a night it will do!

Room & Hotel very clean. Breakfast was good & hot. Front counter staff was amazing , very friendly everyday!!! Thank you for a great experience, we will be back soon !!!

I like the King size bed. It was very comfortable.

You could tell that the microwave in the coffee thing and the refrigerator were old. You need to update them. I also didn’t like how I wasn’t asked if I would rather had a bathtub. They assumed I wanted to shower and I really wanted a bathtub. The pool and she say the water was really really cold and I really couldn’t get in it and enjoy it.
