Everything! Beds were so comfortable. The pillows were the most comfortable ever. I wish I knew what brand they were. Huge rooms, huge bathroom, quiet

Lots of options for breakfast and a good timeframe.
There were ants all over one of the beds, in the pillows and under the sheets. The floor and desk had not been cleaned. We had to be moved to another room. When we got to that room, there was trash all over the floor. It had not been swept and the chair was all the way across the room instead of pushed in under the desk.
