As usual our stay was pleasant. I love staying at Flagship the staff is friendly and we like the fact that it has the kitchenette and balcony.
The only thing we didn't like was the tub held water when you took a shower which is minor

Location and balcony were excellent with a view of the city at night.
The elevator situation is a bit much a busy times of the day alot of waiting isnt great to do if ur on the higher floors waiting to leave.

I love the location of this property and that it has a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. I love that it has Jacuzzis as well as a restaurant on site.
Our room was fairly clean but could use some updates. For example, the dishwasher racks had missing wheels and the microwave was starting to rust. In addition, from stripping the sheets and pillowcases from the bed, the mattress covers could use some updating.
