Great location. Clean. Comfortable.
At 1:30 in the morning, the front desk called to see if we were gonna show up? We had checked in online and nice young man at desk when we arrived acknowledge this and gave us our key. However, the key was not connected properly the night before and could not access the room. The key was corrected, and we got in.
The breakfast juice machine was open, and I could not get juice for breakfast. Desk apologized for calling. The lady didn't seem to know or understand online check in.

Nice room
Person at the checkin desk 9pm was uninterested...breakfast was so so....room was not well set up, as in places to put suitcase, etc

the bed was comfortable, that's it
I did pre check in, and had to do it again when I checked it - - wtf!
Worst shower set up I've ever experienced. The person that designed it must not take showers.
crappy hot breakfast, cheap microwave, poorly organized, one person working her butt off ( I gave her $4 tip)
elevators take forever
