Always well-maintained staff always available for help
Not a big fan of the $50 deposit, but I understand where that comes

The room was on the the first floor, as requested. It was very clean and spacious. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it worked.
The TV remote was missing from the room, but one was supplied. The young lady from housekeeping opened our door and was coming in the before announcing herself, which was on the frightening side of things.
