The guest service was so kind and nice The pool was great
The person at the front desk said I couldn’t swim until 8. But in fact it was open at 7am. What a jerk. Swimming is every thing to me

Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and great location.
For the most part, the room was clean, but I did find hairs in the bathtub and on the counter that weren’t mine. Also, it’s a little pricey for a 2 star hotel.

Location suited out Golf teetimes, but that was it.
Breakfast was poor. Not many options, and the eggs were not great.
Traffic Noise was louder than expected.

The room was decent. The breakfast was average to poor ( the offerings on August 10 were not good) The pool area was dirty. I received a text checking on our stat-I advised the pool issue with photos-and was given a rude response!
Due to the fire smoke we stayed inside & tried to utilize the pool. Staff never came to clean it. The front desk said they would check but who ever was rexting was NOT from this location. I saved the messages to share with whoever needs to see them. There are at least 3 other hotels within walking distance but my booking was non-refundsble. Does that give them the right to be rude?
The pool, breakfast and a rude employee offside messages.
