Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus at Northlake by IHG

The room was fine, just had a weird smell. Breakfast and pool were enjoyed by my family and the staff was really nice and helpful!

I had to call the front desk twice due to issues with the TV. It didn’t work, if I was on live tv the channels never came through and I couldn’t do the air tv because the WiFi wouldn’t connect. I asked for assistance and never got it. I was told “to check and see if anything was unplugged and to plug it back in because maintenance sometimes unplugs things when cleaning. They would be up to check in a minute” the first time I called. The second time I called they would me maintenance would by up there to fix it and they never came me. I just played with the TV until it worked
