This Holiday Inn is located off I-35 which is very convenient, it has plenty of restaurants for dining anytime of day & a QT located in the next block.

Everything was as expected great customer service at the front desk and the dinning room.
This was on me. I love the Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls however this was not an Express.

It was solid. Good, not great. We looked at a lot of reviews and this was highly rated. We wondered why. It’s good.
It would be helpful to know what services are offered upon check in, gym, pool, restaurant hours that were different than posted. Breakfast was fine. Good hot breakfast. No juice.

We did not have breakfast. Location was good.
I did not like that the pool was dirty. So I was unable to use. Also had to change rooms, due to the TV not working. A staff member tried turning it on with no luck.
