The linens smelled like bleach, which usually means they're pretty clean. Others might say the bed was hard, but I thought it was perfect! The customer service was awesome! Ravi was very kind!
The bathroom was NOT clean. The toilet had pee on the lid and seat. The walls had hair stuck to them. The fan was extremely loud. The hallway smelled like smoke. Signs only do so much. If no one is enforcing the rule, people will do what they want to.

We were really glad to find a place that allowed pets so close to the park.
It was incredibly dirty. Still sleepable, but very dirty.
