Easy parking. Fast elevators, never have to wait. Great restaurant. Large rooms. Beautiful hotel.
No microwaves in the rooms or on each floor. 2 in the entire hotel and located on the first floor. Extremely inconvenient and a hazard having to carry hot food long distances.

Clean and very nice 👍
I don’t know why but I felt not really welcome.

I love the location and the design of the hotel looking like a castle very whimsical.
I wish the pool can be opened up a little later instead of closing at 9 . The bathroom is outdated especially the tub and the water wasn’t hot enough in the shower. The breakfast should be free I stayed at other hotels in the past and the breakfast was free.

The price was great! Location perfect, close to everything. Pool was also great, definitely worth it!
Room was small, will definitely book two rooms next time. Breakfast was okay, staff at breakfast take their jobs seriously, my daughter didn’t get to eat as she spilled juice and I wanted to take cereal (closed) with us so she could have later and I got remprimanded for trying to take food out.
