Very nice enrty area. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable! Location, we felt safe.

We loved our quiet room on the 3rd floor of the Hays Holiday Inn Express! It is a newer hotel or has been recently upgraded/remodeled. The facility was super clean & modern. We booked a King Room w/ Extra Floor Space. It had a GLASS SHOWER DOOR on the walk in shower, Dove shower & body products, a wonderfully comfortable king bed & linens with several pillow options, a black out shade, a comfortable chaise longue chair & padded desk chair, good lighting options, numerous charging ports on our bedside tables, a large wall hung television and & a luggage shelf along the wall which was long enough to have 2 suitcases opened. The wall controlled heating/AC system responded quickly to desired changes. The included buffet breakfast was very good with many options both hot & cold.
That we only were staying one night & didn't have time to check out the pool or exercise equipment.
