Location
Night clerk; tub in bathroom was slippery; when checking in requested room on upper floor but clerk seemed to have an issue with 3rd party reservations such as Booking.com even though Hilton Honors member.

First visit Wed night, wife had booked for me prev day. This stay I had no reservation, unsure if I'd stay there again as it was about $40 too high Wed before. Cliff at desk knew me by name and found a more appropriate room for me, saving me $35 bucks. As before, breakfast (extremely important to me) was very good with fresh fruits, cereals & fun options. Very clean. Room twice the size needed.
Possibly offer a one-page map of conveniences in the area (restaurants, grocery, Walmart, etc). All were very close.

Thought it was a little high

Convenience
The accommodations were minimal, no ramp for the luggage cart unless you went directly in and out of the front lobby. Also the 55$ pet fee was the highest in the 7 states we passed through
