Pet-friendly hardware floors. The condition of the room was above the expectations we had when given the price range.
Quick to take care of an electrical issue at 1 a.m., even stopped by to be sure all was taken care of.
Front desk personnel are always friendly and accommodating.
Last time we stay there our battery died and the front desk personnel quickly came to the rescue. They brought around their vehicle and boosted our car off.
Would have liked additional blankets put up in The room in case we needed them.
Would have appreciated a little bit of quality on their pillows very lumpy and uncomfortable brought our own personal pillows this time.
We're unaware there was an additional pet fee of a $10 per night would've been Helpful that included on the booking site. This required an additional transaction

Cheap, no hassle. Beds were super soft, and had a pillow top.
Room was non-smoking, but you could tell it has been smoked in ALOT. Bought some air freshener/deodorizer and fumigated which made it better. Staff stayed locked in the "lobby" and made me use the window check-in at 5:30PM.... was still closed at 8AM when I checked out.
