-The place is in a great location in town
-price is fair
-bed was comfy
-staff at check in was polite
-coffee machine with coffee in the room. Coffee was not great. Could easily improve the quality and pop some snacks for a boost
-room is dated

Guy on reception was lovely.
The shower was broken, coming away from the bath, and was either scorching or cold. The bath itself was in a poor state of repair. Furnishings were tired and there was no hairdryer
