Love the closeness to shopping and colonial Williamsburg. Staff super friendly and clean hotel.
The beds are too soft, the ac unit made an awful noise when turned on cool , and the handicap rooms do not have any safety bars or a seat in the shower.

The breakfast was great and the location to colonial Williamsburg was a 2 mile walk, which was doable
Everything was great, if I had to pick anything, I would just say I prefer a bathroom that has a toilet separate from the rest of the bathroom – water closet- so that way someone else can come into the bathroom and get ready while someone else may be actually in the water closet

The breakfast was awesome! The best thing
The pool looked dirty and had very high levels of chlorine the bedding was gritty which has caused me to develop contact dermatitis. We checked in Thursday went to the pool and got in the shower, immediately after I started itching and have been itching for 8 days now which prompted me to go to the doctor. This has been an horrible experience.
