I love the excellent customer service, always very attentive, professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, bedding always neat and clean. Love and appreciate the complementary breakfast. Over all I'm happy that I'm always welcome with my family and grateful for the service provided.

Everything was yummy. The oatmeal is always hot and ready. Sausage and eggs are nice and hot as well.
There is never anything I don't like staying at this hotel, its always so welcoming Im always referring others to your facility

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Free decent breakfast. The staff allowed us to change rooms for the second night of our stay due to the very noisy person above us. The second night we got a corner room on 3rd floor and it was very quiet! Comfortable bed and pillows.
Limited parking if you check in after 9:00pm. One elevator that is a bit small. Thin walls/ceiling. We could hear the person above us stomping around all night! The tub drained very slowly when taking a shower.

Room was clean and maintenance came up twice when needed
Stay was ok. We had problems with ac. Not working all the time. And when checking out they only have 1 elevator and it was not working. We had to carry all our stuff down from third floor. My mom is 86 and I have have some medical issues and hars to walk a lot.
