Staff was nice. Brought different remote because one in room didn't work. It was freshly cleaned, could still smell bleach. No bedbugs!
Paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom, low water pressure, wall dirty- looked like boogers on the walls. While checking for bedbugs and moving top mattress it was not clean between the mattresses. The 2nd remote we got stopped working in a day. Mattresses were very hard.

They had added waffles which they didn't have the last time I stayed there. Great addition!
Being asked to submit my credit card for "incidentals" which on my last visit, I complied, but my bank issued a fraud alert on my card. It took a few weeks to have the $12+ returned. I refused to pay it this time and my refusal was accepted by the manager. I paid for the room in advance and will not use Booking.com again which I accidentally had. I will make sure I call the hotel itself.

The rooms were decently sized and well laid-out. Two queen bed were perfect for our family.
It was well located to the west of Columbus, so no issues there.
The breakfast was….not good. It was bread, cereal, and some oranges. At least the coffee was decent.
My girls complained the room wasn’t clean. Not as in not tidy but as in deeply dirty underneath things. That is something they notice more than me and we were only there 1 night else they have made me change hotels!
