Very clean, many amenities, facilities in great condition. Staff very professional, helpful, and informative. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel this far. Rooms very spacious.

The separation of the rooms.
My husband wanted bacon but served only turkey and chicken sausage. The coffee wasn’t that great.

Property was in a good location and near many places to eat.
While Homewood is usually not as updated as Home2 this one was in poor condition. Bathtubs flacking their paint, carpet in halls wet and dirty, doors with no security locks, room floors sandy. In 2 weeks of staying at Hiltons it was the first one that I felt less clean being there. Staff was unprepared with no breakfast supplies and were out of almost everything and made no effort to make it better. Staff also didn’t recognize or welcome us as Hilton Honors members or give us our welcome bags.
