Loved that the motel was in walking distance of a waffle house and 7-11. Room was neat and clean, plenty of plug in’s for charging. The laundry and vending room was nice, very convenient for longer stays.
On our third day, we slept in and housekeeping tried to enter our room without warning. Maybe they did try to warn, but we heard no knocking or callouts before the door opened. Both locks were engaged, and they did not enter, but it was very alarming to hear our door open. She was very polite and left when we said we didn’t need housekeeping. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The front desk lady was nice. And there's a waffle house across the street that's about it
Bugs bugs bugs everywhere we had to switch rooms twice because of roaches and spiders

"Hotel de passage à petit budget, non loin de Dallas centre en voiture. Propre, simple, bonne literie, place de parking devant sa porte de chambre, typiquement des motels américains."
