Adrianna from the house keeping staff was super nice to me. went outta her way to accommodate me! She answered all my questions about the surrounding area. Nice touch here. Helpful staff. The morning breakfast crew Taylor and especially Carmen were working their tails off for this outfit. Refreshing to see people so dedicated to service. They earned every cent of a tip from me. Very satisfied with their performance.
Breakfast buffet was included. It was passing fair. Could use an upgrade or two. Ceiling leak from 3rd floor vent in front of elevator. IT had a bucket but needs attention.

The location was perfect! I was there for family weekend at ETSU. The hotel was conveniently close to campus so we could zip back and forth as needed.
There was a good bit of noise from the hall, but I think that was more an issue of noisy guests rather than any fault of the hotel or staff.

Modern, clean and comfortable facility
The guests in the adjoining room (not using the room as adjoining) were loud at night but was not the hotel's fault.

It was clean and the cookies were excellent, the staff were all very friendly. The beds were comfortable.
Intermittent internet, pool was not maintained, the fire alarm in the room went off every time you had a shower and you had to let the shower run for 10 minutes before you got any hot water . The ice machines don’t work and the water refill station didn’t work .
