That you can park on the same level that you're staying in. No having to wait on elevators

The room was very clean, spacious and very organized and the ocean view was everything I’ll give it a 10/10 I will definitely book here again didn’t disappoint me at all.
I was in the pool swimming and enjoying myself and was hit in the head/face with a foot ball really hard by two(2) guys. I think there shouldn’t be any balls in the pool at all especially while it’s people/kids in there. It could’ve been worse luckily I didn’t get knocked out just really sore around my nose and eye

I like that everything was open an available even though it was raining.
The staff were terrible. Oshin was very rude and didn’t want to fix the reservation after I was told on the phone that they could.
