The facility is always bright and cheerful upon entrance and cookies warm from the oven are a plus before bedtime! The morning breakfast is well done with good selections of real food. The common area is very tidy and inviting.
The loud droning and kicking on and off of the refrigerator in our room was very disruptive to sleep. Even with all curtains drawn tight the parking lot lights lit up our first-floor room. Next time we'll ask for a room further away from the breakfast area (we were in the first room unfortunately) due to 6 am noise and unattended waffle maker beeping for 2-3 minutes.

It was quite warm in our room. The a/c didnt work that great so my husband asked for a fan. They didnt have one. So he ended up having to go buy a fan so we could sleep comfortably.

Close proximity to everything.
Well it’s showing wear and tear so it doesn’t look as nice as it once did.

They let me check in a little early with little waiting time.
Old and rundown. Breakfast was subpar. Fire alarm went off at 5:30am and we had to wait in our cars (it was cold) for about an hour before we could go back in. It changed the schedule for the whole day.
