Aston Waikiki Sunset

Great location. Big pool & BBQ deck. Mini mart inside property. Big rooms with bedrooms.

Staff communication was not great. Couldn’t check-in early.

The location and the view.

The furniture in the sitting room was very uncomfortable.

Free parking!! So much space for the ohana. Best view of Diamond head and the location was perfect. We will be back

View is amazing from the suite we booked!

I asked for minor buy yet important restock on toilet paper and napkins and I didn't receive it until after contacting front desk twice as housekeeping was not answering. After 2nd call, I still didn't receive until after 1 hour. Some staff were friendly, some not so much. We lost our backpack while getting on the taxi from Hotel to airport, I was panicking, called so they can check room and or outside/lobby for bag, front desk took forever to check and call me back while I was at Airport. My husband had to go back to hotel, and there was the bag by security, and yet front desk stated they didn't see a backpack. We lost our flight, had service been a little more helpful we would have made our flight.
