We stayed in room 239. It was perfect! The view from our lounge was spectacular. The bathroom was roomy and clean. Plenty of towels were provided. The bath had spa jets. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very warm. In fact, after spending several weeks driving around New England, we thought this was our best accommodation selection in the whole trip. We preferred Lincoln to staying in north Conway. If driving across the Kancamagus, consider staying here.
There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The view was amazing!!
We were in a room that was the farthest from the pool and hot tub. But that’s okay, very large resort

Cleanliness. Stuff was very helpful and cordial. View of mountains from the room was awesome. Room was extremely quiet, spacious , the jacuzzi in the bedroom is a plus!

The property was very nice and the price was reasonable, but the televisions in the room were very old.
The TV in the room was very old; we couldn't access anything on it. There was no YouTube, Netflix, none of them.
