Ease of reserving the room and check-in and check-out. Convenient to the interstate that I was traveling on.
I didn't like the noise I could hear in my room that came from outside of my room and from adjoining rooms late at night. Ice machine was out of service. Room and property overall looked a little worn. The walls, floor, and drapes looked worn and unclean. I reserved the room for two nights. I left the hotel for most of the second day, and when I returned late at night I could not get into my room. The key card did not work. I had to go to the front desk to find out what the problem was. I was told that when I checked in the staff member only showed the reservation for one night. the card was reprogrammed and I was able to access the room. Not a big deal, just annoying after a long day of driving.
