When booking this stay ! I selected two beds as I got one !!! Changed from upstairs to downstairs !!! Never shared the difference in location

Location wasn't too bad. I enjoyed how it was close to a McDonald's in case I wanted a quick bite to eat, and it was at the very front of a row of about 5 other hotels so it was easy to find. It was also right next to the work I had to do which was nice.
If I had to get nit picky, I would talk about the ems station that is right next to it. On one hand, it's nice being close if you're ever in any medical danger. But it was not uncommon for you to hear their sirens at any time of the day since they're open 24/7. Not a big issue, but just something to consider in case you have trouble sleeping.

It was clean and spacious. Had nice minifridge and microwave, desk and seating options. The sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast had some options - not the best, but it was something - they had eggs and potatoes, some yogurt, apples, and waffles.
There were several beetles crawling around and they do get into any food or drinks that are left unattended. A little nauseating and unsettling.
I didn’t get any pictures of them.
