The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I really appreciated the great service and convenient location.
However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. There was an unpleasant smell and the bathroom counter and furniture are showing their age and could benefit from updating. With some refreshing and renovations, this hotel could be an even better experience.

Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff member was very pleasant. The location was convenient for an overnight road-trip stop, with easy access to gas, Starbucks, and the highway.
The room felt dated and had an unpleasant odor, especially the pillows and bedding, which smelled stale and did not feel freshly laundered. Breakfast was very basic with limited, lower-quality options; for the price, I expected a cleaner and better-quality stay and feel I could have done better at a Hampton or Drury.
