It was a nice looking room and you provided cable TV and HBO.
The busyness at the front desk when I tried to ask a question of the clerk at the time of checkout.

Goof firm beds. Got good sleep.
TV was not working, and maintenance came when we had already gone to bed. In morning, staff said guests unplug the necessary cables and they will in future prevent unplugging of TV. Howeverr, cleaning staff should have checked with each clean that all in the room was working and in order so next guest will be happy.
