Quality Inn Great Barrington

Amanda at the front desk was wonderful! She was there when I checked in and again when I checked out, and she was friendly, helpful, and welcoming both times. She clearly works long hours, and I really appreciated her pleasant attitude and willingness to help. The room was comfortable, well-lit, and well-appointed with everything I needed for my stay. It was also surprisingly quiet, even though the hotel is located along a main road. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The eggs were hot and fresh, and everything offered was well-stocked, fresh, and ready to enjoy. It was nice to see everything replenished and available for guests. Overall, I had a comfortable, pleasant stay, and the friendly service and good breakfast made it even better!

Although the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained overall, I did find some hair stuck to the shower wall that clearly wasn't mine, which was unpleasant. The breakfast was very good, with hot, fresh eggs and everything well-stocked, but I was surprised that cereal wasn't offered as an option. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have cereal available at breakfast. Those were my only "complaints", otherwise I had a very pleasant stay.

Convenient. Comfy bed. Very helpful and personable manager (Brian). Right on the Main Street, close to restaurants.

Nothing.

Amanda was most helpful in directing me to a place for dinner and what to see in my short time in Great Barrington. She was very accommodating with my request for room choice. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

No complaints or suggestions to make it better, just keep going what you are doing.
