It is at the very heart of Buffalo, close to nice bars and parks
No complaints at all. The hotel its nice and clean.
10 / 10Remarquable·sept. 2026
The hotel is a mixed use building of full time residents and hotel guests. Its not updated (which is why its budget friendly), but its clean, comfortable with a good bed, free parking and walkable location. The building itself is historically beautiful. The upper floors have great views.
Don't expect any frills or breakfast, but if you just need a clean, centrally located accommodation with free parking...then this a great option. The a/c works great but it definitely fights with the curtains. Helpful to bring a clip to hold the curtain back.

I guess the only thing that I liked was the price
There was no AC , had to have window open 24/7,Shower we had to use hot tap only , beds sagging and creaking.
