Good location and facilities
Staff was not paying attention during the check in process. I have paid for breakfast but didn’t give the coupon. Cafe people told me to go back to get the coupon from the reception. Also no ac in the room…it was hot even though we reduced it . Maintenance people need double check the ac proactively instead of reacting.
