everthing great except the breakfast
poor setup for breakfast we paid extra for breakfast package did not get breakfast its ran seperate star bucks backed up half hour wait didnt even get a cup
of coffee had one person trying to take care of 20 customers do not buy the breakfast package!!!!

The front desk person Nathen went above and beyond.
Friday day night I was bump out of my room because the person who stayed in the room before us decided to expand his stayed. Instead of looking if the room was booked the early front desk person bumped me out. I already paid the stay for the next three days.
I had to pay extra 200.00 for a second room. Now I am fighting with another front desk my bill was not paid. When I saw the money was taken out.

Just an overnight stay after a concert so didn't get to use the amenities and did not purchase breakfast, but the bed and the pillows were absolutely amazing!

It was close to Pittsburgh
I was promised a room and was charged with a room and I didn’t get that room! There were no trash bags in the trash cans, and i was charged more then what was originally said
